This half-day session is designed for people who want to know more about why customers around the world love Zendesk. We will show you the basics to great customer service, and how to start your journey with Zendesk. Once you have learned the basics, you are welcome to attend the second session: Zen U. at Brisbane: Advanced Zendesk from 1:00pm-5:00pm.

• Setting up channels: Email, Facebook, Twitter, Zopim Chat & voice
• Help Center Basics: Creating a Knowledge Base and Community

Event Presenters: Your trainers for the day will be Peter Godden & Paul Bichsel who are both on the Zendesk Customer Enablement team. You’ll also have the opportunity to build your network and connect with other Zendeskians throughout the day.
